Prepare now for the Swine Flu and cold season
Today, I want to encourage everyone to prepare your bodies now for the upcoming flu season. Don’t wait until we are in the middle of cold and flu season to start taking your supplements, eating right and exercising. The following supplements will help you to fight off colds and flu. Vitamin C should be one of your main vitamins during the cold and flu season. Not just any old Vitamin C. I recommend a product called Ultra Potent C by Metagenics. So why do I recommend this? It must be noted that all flu incubates and replicates in the digestive tract before moving into other areas.
